Your watch carries a one-year warranty against any defect of manufacturing.

Battery, Glass, Strap, stone, Color are not included.

The warranty in not valid in case of accident of undue opening.

Warranty provided by MAXLORD:

Only applicable in case of a manufacturing defect.

Must notify within 1 year.

Any delay will not be acceptable.

Any exception will result in no return.

Customer has to bear the pickup/delivery cost during.

***Please Note: While claiming warranty, the customer has to pay the pickup

charge (Inside Dhaka 60-taka, Outside Dhaka 100 taka) and the delivery charge

after warranty processing (Inside Dhaka 60-taka, Outside Dhaka 100 taka).

If any problem found within 5 days, customer won’t have to pay any delivery fee
